Delivery terms

Online store
Nuvoo (Nuvoo OY, Business ID – 1970555-3 ) sells products to adult individuals and companies in Finland and the EU area. Product prices include 25.5% VAT and payment is made in euros. We reserve the right to change prices and delivery costs and the right to correct the price of the product after the order has been placed if there has been a clear error in pricing and the price can be considered exceptionally low compared to the general price level (Act on Legal Proceedings, Section 32). Legally, purchasing and ordering constitute the conclusion of a contract. Neither party can change the contract alone. The obligations and rights of both the buyer and the seller are regulated in the Consumer Protection Act.
Ordering
You can place an order either using the shopping cart on our website (www.nuvoo.com) or in person at our store at Karhunkedontie 1, 90410 OULU. For larger orders, our corporate customers can contact Nuvoo's corporate sales at myynti@nuvoo.com and 041 730 4793.
All customer information is treated confidentially. The register description in accordance with the Personal Data Act can be found here. The contact information requested in connection with the order will not be used for anything other than the delivery of the order or to resolve any ambiguities that may arise, unless the customer has given separate permission (for example, by subscribing to a newsletter). When ordering from the online store, you are required to have read and agreed to the delivery terms and conditions in force at any time.
Payment
Payments for the online store are processed through the secure Paytrail, Avarda and Paypal payment services for consumers, by advance invoice (processing time 2-3 days), invoice (companies), installment payment or by paying for the products at the Oulu store.
Paytrail - Online banking, credit cards, MobilePay
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) operates as a payment intermediary and payment service provider in cooperation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. Paytrail Oyj appears as the recipient of the payment on the bank statement or card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant. Paytrail Oyj has a payment institution license. Due to abuse, we do not deliver orders via cash on delivery.
Nuvoo Invoice - 30 days payment period
When you choose invoice as your payment method, you will receive the products you ordered before you pay. You can also divide your purchase into smaller parts after you receive the invoice. You must pay at least the minimum amount stated on the invoice by the due date. A processing fee of €1.95 will be added to the invoice. A reminder invoice of five euros will be charged for late payment.
Nuvoo Account – pay flexibly in installments
You can also divide your purchases into smaller installments for a longer payment period. You will receive a monthly account statement stating the minimum payment required. You can also pay off larger payments or the entire outstanding balance at once at any time without additional costs. Annual interest rate 19.90% and processing fee 2.95 €/month.
The credit provider for Nuvoo Invoice and Account is Avarda (Business ID 2594352-3), which will help you with all matters related to paying for your purchase.

PayPal
You can pay for products using PayPal. You must register your PayPal account before proceeding to the Nuvoo checkout. In the Nuvoo checkout, under Payment Methods, select PayTrail as the payment service and click on the PayPal payment logo in the last step. You will be prompted to log in to your PayPal account to confirm your purchase.
Advance invoice (businesses only)
When ordering with a pre-payment invoice, you will receive an email with the account number to which you can pay the order. The ordered goods will be delivered within 1-2 days of the payment being credited to your Nuvoo account.
Invoice (businesses only)
You have 7 days to pay with an invoice (invoicing fee €7). Payment by invoice is only possible for companies. We check the company's creditworthiness before invoicing.
Payment upon pickup
You can also pay for your order upon pickup at the Oulu store (Karhunkedontie 1, 90410 OULU). The store accepts card payments, installment payments, company invoices and contactless payments. We do not accept cash payments.
Order and payment confirmation
After a successful order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email. When ordering, it is important to provide up-to-date contact information and a working email address to which the order confirmation can be sent.
Delivery method and costs
We only deliver online store products to Finland. For orders placed from other EU countries, the delivery method is pickup from the Oulu store. By separate agreement, we can deliver products to other EU countries, ask for more information at asiakaspalvelut@nuvoo.com
You can see the shipping costs for your order after you have selected your payment and delivery method. We deliver orders as registered (e.g. postal parcels) or unregistered delivery, of which registered shipments can be tracked using a tracking number.
Delivery time
Orders are shipped from Nuvoo's office within 1-2 business days. Our most common delivery times to Finland are 2-7 business days, depending on the order and delivery method. More detailed times are announced in connection with the product options. We are not responsible for delays caused by force majeure or indirect disadvantages caused by delays. Any unusual delivery times will be announced on the online store's homepage.
Exchange and return conditions
Nuvoo private customers have the right, under the Finnish Consumer Protection Act, to exchange or return all or part of your order within 30 days of receiving the order. The right of return only applies to unused and saleable products and does not apply to software products or services. Please note that the goods may not be put into use. Therefore, it is important to ensure in advance that the product is suitable for its intended purpose. Our professional sales team will help you choose the right product for you if necessary.
If the customer provides a company name when ordering, it is considered that the buyer is a company. In this case, it is worth remembering that the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to companies.
In distance selling, there is no right of withdrawal according to Chapter 6 of the Consumer Protection Act if the purchased product has been manufactured or modified according to the customer's wishes and cannot be resold without a significant loss.
If you want to return or exchange products, you can deliver them directly to the Oulu store (Karhunkedontie 1, 90410 OULU) or return them carefully packaged via Posti or Matkahuolto. Before sending, please contact our customer service so that we can record the return in our system and provide further instructions, asiakaspalvelut@nuvoo.com . Please include your order number in the email.
Warranty
We provide a 2-year warranty for used computers. The 2-year warranty does not apply to computer batteries, which have a 3-month warranty. The warranty can be extended by purchasing an additional warranty for the product. If the product has a defect as defined in the Consumer Protection Act, the buyer has the right to a refund. We will primarily aim to repair the defect or exchange the product for a defect-free or equivalent product. We may also consider a price reduction to compensate for the defect. Cancellation of the purchase is only the last option.
The warranty for a replaced product does not start over, but continues from the original date of purchase.
Please back up all important and personal data before sending it in for service. Even if your problem is not related to the hard drive, Nuvoo is not responsible for any lost programs or data.
Before sending your product for warranty service, please contact Nuvoo customer service at asiakaspalvelut@nuvoo.com and describe the type of problem. Please include your order number in the email. When contacting us by phone, please have your order number ready.
The product can be brought for warranty service to the Nuvoo store, Karhunkedontie 1, 90410 OULU, or the product can be returned carefully packaged as a Posti customer return free of charge.
Problem situations
If the product is lost or damaged during transport or otherwise does not correspond to your order, you must report the error to the parties mentioned in the exchange and return terms within 30 days at the latest. If the package is damaged in the post office, a complaint about the product must be made to the post office immediately.
